Please read the following guidelines carefully so we can welcome you to the salon safely and respectfully:

• 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all services.
• Credit card details are taken at time of booking and you will be charged 100% of the appointment if it is cancelled within 24 hours.
• All colour services need to be booked with a styling service. Rough dries are charged at the same rate as a blowdry with all stylists.
• All new signature colour clients will be sent a form to complete to give the stylist as much information as possible before your appointment, please try to complete this attaching photos with natural light and no filters
• Colour consultations are compulsory for all new clients – clients living abroad can contact the salon on 020 7351 1239 or email info@limozlogli.com
• Patch tests are compulsory for all new clients and clients that have not had colour with us fro 6 months or more.
